I am taking part in Mondays Finish the Story 26/10/2015, which is a challenge that provides a photo prompt and the opening sentence to your story. The rules indicate that the story you come up with must be between 100-150 words, not including the given opening sentence.

Finish the story begins with:
“I watched the vulture looking at me hungrily as I lay on the ground bleeding and injured.”
The prisoner was relating a narrow escape from the jaws of death, during the fighting at the laboratory in Alaska.
“I took a shot in the leg and I was unable to get up.”
The interrogator looked on, nodding silently.
“There was another shot, the bird fell dead, and I was captured.”
The Brigadier had been personally supervising the questioning of the captives. This man was believed to be Dr. Dickus’s right hand man, in possession of much information. A top flight General in the lab-rat’s organisation.
“Where is the headquarters based in London? Where are the remainder of the drug factories located? Who are the London contacts?”
The relentless questioning continued.
Meanwhile Marg had enjoyed time off. Little did she realise how close she was to the action.
After an urgent personal request from the Brigadier, Marg, with a London operative Sam, were on their way to Kensington.

and another great story
Up to 47 now? I’m hopelessly behind! Good section of the wider piece though. 😀
Nice read
Maybe the interrogator should threaten him with a vulture. He might get a flashback and spill the beans in terror!
Another great continuation story John!
Good continuing episode, John, and good use of the prompt. Looks like they got a major break in the case. 🙂 — Suzanne
