Well! That didn’t end well. Good one.
Thanks for reading and commenting Joe ~ Nice to hear from you 🙂
Wonderful story
Thanks Huma ~ The ending was a very sad affair but the story of the dagger could continue in other more responsible hands~ Nice to hear from you 🙂
Yes.. I like the way you make your stories unique..!
Thank you Huma ~ I try to weave some unusual strands into the stories ~ I think you also write in a very individual way~ Your post on PJ ‘s creative prompt on the ducks was very good ~ 🙂
Oh really appreciate your comments on my blogs, I am just trying to get better.. Learning from wonderful writers like yourself.
I really like this story John. It has a great air of mysticism as well as drama. I’m not sure whether the shaman was deliberately trying to kill Oki’s mother, or heal her. But it all ended up very sadly. Well written. 🙂
I had a cure that went badly wrong in mind when I wrote this Millie ~ I am really glad you enjoyed this as I value your comments greatly ~ Thank you ~ I would love to take the story of the dagger forward if time permits ~ Who finds it? Magically undamaged by the fire! Great prospects there.
Well, you are very good at writing a series, John. I imagine you’d continue it on the Picture it and Write challenge. I love the way you manage to make each prompt fit your characters as well as carry the story forward. I’ll look forward to reading your next story, whether you continue this tale or not. 🙂
Thanks again Millie 🙂
Well that was all a bit fatal John…..your writing is very compelling…..
You built the suspense and provided a sad ending or beginning if another takes the knife.
Thanks for your great comment Phylor~ I like the alternatives. 🙂
It gives your story a chance to grow. 🙂
